Ha! I love Robbie Baby!

My avatar is Sir Ralph Richardson, age 70+, on his way to a tree planting ceremony or something. :D

Wow, I would never, ever have guessed Sir Ralph and motorcycles could go together! Splendid.

Oh yes, he loved to go fast. He loved his motorcycle probably more than his wife! His other love, a parrot named Jose, used to sometimes ride with him on his shoulder.

wait a minute...a parrot rode with him on his motorcycle??? He stayed on his shoulder?! I can barely hang onto some guy's waist on those things. I wish you had a picture of that! :D

I do too! I've never found a picture of Jose, much less on a motorcycle. :D

OH MY GOD! I loved that video! A perfect little capsule, it makes me want to move to..... Rhode Island?????

Naaaah. Just kidding. I'll take France any day. Rhode Island is only about 15 minutes from here.

You guys looked great and happy. Living an exciting life. I just love the soupcon of cinema verite. Two helmets riding along in "perfect syn-chro-nye-zay-tion", the capitol, the beach.... who knew Rhode Island looked that good.

Only in the movies. :D

Thanx!!! Rhode Island...well, Providence is kind of interesting me. I got a nice vibe. But ooooooooh those winters I bet are brutal. Guess I'll stick with my first plan...the South of France. All my pals can come visit me there.

When we were riding home as it was getting dark, the thought did pop into my brain: "OMG! What am I doing riding 65mph on the outside? I'M ON THE OUTSIDE!!!" It just made me hug him a little tighter.

"Syn-chro-nye-zay-tion." And you speak French too. Bon!!

I don't go this route ... I just don't think its practical for me to do films streaming and getting DVD's by mail ... because it find it cumbersome to process. My public library has a vast library of DVD's and I find that much easier to go to than films streaming and mail.

Great video, belle Terese! Very, witty and original. Quite a motorcycle theme going on here!

Bonjour Madamoiselle Goddess. Merci pour votre bon mots! If I butcher any more French, I might be guillotined, so I'll quit while I'm behind the eight-ball. It's just me being silly...and having watched "A Man and A Woman" a little while ago. Thanx. By the by, I have "The Naked Edge" queued up, and am watching "The Dark Mirror." Nice to see the Noir "dusted" off thanks to the Peacemaker.

Goes to show you what a universal movie A Man and a Woman is! I look forward to your thoughts on Dark Mirror and The Naked Edge. Neither may be great films, but interesting in their own ways.

Thank you so much. The parts I saw of Rhode Island were really very nice.

I'm getting worried. I've had three bad discs in a row. If the quality control is this bad maybe they are looking to get out of the DVD business. If that is true my viewing is going to take a serious blow.
