I hadn't heard about Stella Stevens. I'd heard she'd had Alz. so am sure her death is a blessing to her family. Sadly, she never broke out of the 60's sex kitten roles they stuck her in. She had talent.

She was so good in 1970's The Ballad of Cable Hogue, and had the movie been a box office success, it could have put her in a new different level of films....

But she even had enough skill that she excelled even in a flimsy little sex piece like The Silencers.

I just found out after visiting his studio museum, a young Frank Frazetta drew Lil Abner for years! (Didn't know Stella Stevens had died)

I have learned now that: Chris Browne passed away on: February 5, 2023.

His link to films is a television movie: Hägar the Horrible: Hägar Knows Best (1989).

He was a cartoonist who continued: Hägar the Horrible after his father passed away. He worked for a time also on: Hi and Lois.

His work was all quite wonderful and I fear for what might become of the comic strip now.
