Criterion releases a DVD Set of Lubitsch's Musicals

These are great news!

Criterion will be releasing under the Eclipse Label a 4 DVD Set that includes 4 Paramount early musicals: "The Love Parade", "Monte Carlo", "The Smiling Lieutenant" and "One Hour With You".

Welcome April! This DVD Box Set and "The Forbidden Hollywood Collection Vol. 2" are both at the top of my Wish List :D

There seems to still be hope that a Harlow set will be out, maybe sometime next year. That would, of course, be 30s-sweet.
