The Silver Screen Oasis

Over on the TCM board, it was mentioned that Fox is going to release this long overlooked masterpiece by Elia Kazan (his first film as a director) in 2009. Of course, Fox said same thing was said a few years ago and they pulled the release just days before it was due out.

Maybe this time if we close our eyes real tight and think good thoughts (a little pixie dust wouldn't hurt either) it will actually happen.
