Return to Babylon: Does Anyone Have any Info

No, it's not a sequel to the Star Trek series but it has an intriguing story about the silent stars and Hollywood.
The cast is intriguing as well with Maria Conchita Alonso as Lupe Velez, Jennifer Tilley as Clara Bow, Debi Mazar as Gloria Swanson (who has similar facial features to Swanson), Ione Sky as Virginia Rappe and other actors playing Fatty Arbuckle, William Desmond Taylor, Doug Sr, and many, many more.
I'm not familiar with the director, Alex Monty Canawati.
To the best of my knowledge, despite what it says at IMDB it did not get released this past summer.
Even if it went straight to home video I'd be willing to watch it just to see what the storyline is.
