The Silver Screen Oasis

One of my favorite animated movies is Fashionation by Mike Jittlov. In that showcase of his artistic talent, the animator-wizard combined several animation techniques, including kinestasis. For me, Jittlov's playful collage/montage perfectly matches the joyful energy in Petula Clark's 1965 exuberant hit I Know a Place. Although Jittlov veers away from the titular fashion theme in the second half of this gem, I find his mini-masterpiece so delightful that I am not bothered by the detour.
