Though IMDb offers May 19, 1924, as the New York City premiere of "BROADWAY AFTER DARK", I'm confident that the movie was already playing at GRAUMAN'S RIALTO theater, which was located on S. Broadway in Los Angeles, one-hundred years ago:
Despite MGM's said 68% silents survival, unfortunately, "BROADWAY AFTER DARK" is not included in that percentile.

Re: SOUTH BROADWAY AFTER DARK
The Rialto is now an Urban Outfitters, but the building is still there. The theater itself wasn't that large compared to other L.A. downtown theaters, but it was said to have the longest marquee on Broadway.

I thought about wording it differently as, yes, Hibi, the building itself is still there.
