The Venetians will be all about cowboys this September, as their prestigious film festival shines its spotlight on John Ford with a screening of a restored masterpiece, The Iron Horse, and a new documentary on the director.
Several of Budd Boetticher's seminal oaters will also be screened, and apparently they have been restored as well (dvd soon?????):

It would be about time for the DVD's. The prints they use on Encore are pretty good, but I think they could be a little sharper.
