Is a psycho - sexual Western directed by Anthony Mann starring Barbara Stanwyck and as her widowed father ( and more ? ) Walter Huston, in his last film. He is an owner of a big ranch, with a strong willed daughter and eventually they have a break up. Not, by any means a conventional Western, very noirish. Wendell Corey, Judith Anderson, Albert Dekker, and Gilbert Roland co - star. :wink:

It looks like it is coming to DVD courtesy of Criterion on June 24. Some people should be pretty happy.

I've been on a Barbara Stanwyck kick lately, and I dig Anthony Mann's work, so I should really check this out.
